Biography
He is a specialist in Risk Economics, Finance and Organizational Economics. He has more than 40 academic publications and is director of the Centro de Investigación en Información Financiera (CIIF). In addition, he participates in oversight committees of private investment funds and has been a member of the Risk Classification Commission and the Price Advisory Board of CENABAST.
He is an expert in estimating economic damages in litigation before the Civil Court, the Arbitration and Mediation Chamber, the Financial Market Commission, the National Economic Prosecutor’s Office, and before the Inter-American Court of Human Rights.
