A report will be taken by an officer from the Policía de Investigaciones (PDI) or Carabineros de Chile, who are available at this location 24/7.
Women's Sexual Violence Center

You can also request guidance, information, or psychosocial-legal support at the Metropolitan Women’s Sexual Violence Center (CVS) by calling 22 6714 639 or 22 696 7898.

If you are a man, you can go to the Victim Support Program (PAV) of the Ministry of the Interior, located in each municipality of the Metropolitan Region.
In case of violence in the context of a relationship
Women can go directly to the nearest Women’s Center to their home or the Faculty.
In case of Domestic Violence

You can file a report directly at the Family Courts, which are assigned based on the area where the person filing the report resides. At this location, the severity of the case will be assessed to determine whether the process will proceed within this court or, if the facts constitute a crime, it will be referred to the appropriate Prosecutor’s Office.

In case you are a man and commit violence (HEVPA)

If violence is part of your way of relating to and engaging with women, and you feel the need to voluntarily re-educate these patterns of behavior, you can contact the HEVPA Center for the re-education of men who commit violence.
