MBA UChile is the best MBA in the country and the second best in Latin America according to the América Economía ranking
According to the recently published 2022 ranking of Latin American MBAs, elaborated by América Economía magazine, U de Chile’s MBA ranked first in Chile out of 10 participants, second in Latin America out of 38 programs, and first among the 35 programs offered in Spanish.
This is the best position achieved by the Universidad de Chile in the 27-year history of this ranking, and with a difference of only 0.6 points with respect to the regional winner, the Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV) of Brazil, which offers its classes in Portuguese.
In the detail of the ranking indicators, the Casa de Bello is by far the first in Latin America in the production of knowledge through world class applied research in business management, surpassing by 18 points FGV, the second-ranked institution in this dimension. It also stands out as the second in academic strength only 0.7 points behind the first-place institution, fourth in internationalization and diversity and sixth in network power. All of this attests to the excellence of its faculty, the high quality and up-to-date academic education offered to its students, the importance given to the global context and the value of networking among its graduates.
"This new achievement is a collective result explained by the world-class level of the professors that form the program and their top notch instruction and research, as well as the quality of our students and the talent of the MBA team," explains Christian Diez, Director of MBA UChile imparted by Industrial Engineering.
